$100K MRR Town: Terms & Conditions
Effective September 23, 2026
Welcome to $100K MRR Town, a pixel-art city game at game.100kmrr.town where founders showcase their real startups. By creating an account or using the game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.
1. Who can play
Anyone can explore the city. To claim a garage you need an account, and you must be at least 16 years old. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep your startup details up to date.
- One startup (one garage) per founder. Garage spots are permanent while your account is active and in good standing.
3. City rules for startup listings
The city shows real websites, so every listing must:
- be a real product or startup that you own or are allowed to represent;
- link to a working website over HTTPS;
- not contain or link to adult content, scams, malware, phishing, gambling, hate, harassment or anything illegal;
- not impersonate another person, brand or company, or infringe anyone's trademarks or copyrights.
Anyone can report a listing. We may hide, edit or remove listings that break these rules (the building then turns back into an old garage), and we may suspend or delete the account.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your startup name, logo, favicon, X photo and descriptions. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them in the game, on leaderboards and in promotion of the city (for example screenshots), for as long as your listing is live. You confirm you have the rights to everything you add.
5. Coins, gems and game items
Coins, gems, levels, buildings and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. We may rebalance the game or reset progress if needed (for example to fix bugs or cheating).
6. Buying gems
- You can buy packs of gems with real money. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record; their terms also apply to your purchase.
- Gems are a licence to use virtual items in the game, not money or property. Gems can be traded for gold coins inside the game at the rates shown in the Bank; trades cannot be reversed.
- Gems are added to your account right after a successful payment. If they don't arrive, contact us and we will fix it.
- Because gems are delivered immediately, purchases are final once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a payment is refunded or charged back, we may remove the gems (or coins bought with them) from your account.
- Prices are shown before you pay and may include taxes depending on where you live.
6a. Advertising on the Big Billboard
- You need an account to book the billboard. A booking is a subscription at the monthly price shown when you book. It renews every month until you cancel, and payments are processed by Dodo Payments.
- Only one advertiser can hold the billboard at a time. Your ad (logo, one line and a link) goes up once your first payment succeeds.
- You can edit your ad or cancel at any time in Settings. When you cancel, your ad stays up until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments for past months are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Deleting your account cancels the subscription right away.
- Your ad must be legal, honest and safe for everyone. It must not be adult, hateful, deceptive or malware, and must not break anyone's trademarks or other rights. We may remove an ad that breaks these rules and end its subscription. If we remove an ad that did not break the rules, we will refund the unused part of the month.
- If a renewal payment fails, your ad is hidden while Dodo retries the payment. If the payment still fails, the booking ends.
7. Fair play
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, editing saves or automating play to gain an advantage.
- No scraping, overloading or attacking the site or its API.
- No harassing other founders or abusing the report button.
8. Links to other websites
Startups on the map link to websites run by other people. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Visit them at your own discretion.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms or put other players or the service at risk. The game may change, pause or shut down; we will try to give notice where we reasonably can.
10. Disclaimers
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or that progress will never be lost.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will let you know in the game. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept them.
